Dear cat o' mine:

I understand that curiosity is a natural part of being feline, but could you please refrain from trying to stick your muzzle into my mouth when I'm yawning? I honestly feel such restraint would work out best for both of us. You won't choke me -- your sole source of food and water at this precise moment -- to death, and I won't accidentally bite your damned nose off!

LOL! One of my three cats, Chloe, has the "endearing" habit of sitting on my lap and when I least expect it, reaching up and biting my chin. Little bugger has very sharp teeth. She always looks surprised when I yell..

Savannah has absolutely no concept of personal space, so she has perfected a baffled "but I'm supposed to be here/doing that" look.

I'm sure s/he's just hoping for a whiff of whatever you've been eating or, more likely, that you have some left in there.
